Electrical Engineer - PCBA Design

Job Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Design to support the development of product equipment, test centers, software, and AI algorithms.

Lead PCBA-based projects through all phases: define requirements, characterize components, design analog front‑end circuits, generate schematics, set test criteria for safety and functionality, coordinate PCB layout, debug PCBA in the lab, conduct testing, and release documentation to production. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integration at subsystem and system levels.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a PCBA Design Engineer with strong electrical engineering and physics fundamentals (analog, optoelectronics, electromagnetic theory, etc.) and FPGA design.
• Ability to write specifications and documentation for project initiation, testing, and product release, including schematic entry and, preferably, board layout using OrCAD or Cadence Allegro.
• Proficiency in lab environments with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and demonstrated analytical skills to make design decisions from collected data.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in multi‑functional, multicultural global teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Proficiency in Spice and electromagnetic simulation, opto‑electrical design, data analysis in MATLAB and/or Python, and firmware development experience.

• Bachelor's degree with related work experience of at least 2 years.
• Master's degree with no additional work experience required.

Base Pay Range: $76,300.00 - $ annually. Primary
