As a manager, you’ll support the General Manager, oversee staff, coordinate Food & Beverage operations, and deliver great service to the Ann Arbor community—including families, students, league bowlers, and local regulars. • Lead daily operations across entertainment, bowling, and Food & Beverage
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach hourly team members
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
• Support league bowling programming and community partnerships
• Drive sales through effective staffing, service, and local marketing
• Step in as acting General Manager when needed
• Work flexible shifts, including nights & weekends

• 2+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment management
• Strong people leadership and customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems
• Ability to multitask in a high‑energy environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
