Base pay range$105.00/hr - $140.00/hr
Position: Financial Forecaster
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $105–$140/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: ~10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities- Generate probabilistic forecasts on financial markets, instruments, and macroeconomic indicators.
- Document quantitative reasoning, models, and assumptions clearly and systematically.
- Analyze historical financial data and identify relevant signals across asset classes.
- Collaborate with other forecasters to calibrate and refine predictions.
- Contribute to improving forecasting methodologies and AI.
- Background in quantitative finance, trading, economics, or data science.
- Experience with financial forecasting, trading strategies, or market modeling.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Excel.
- Participation in forecasting competitions (e.g., Numerai, Quant Connect) preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills.
