Job DescriptionThis role offers a unique opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional to support portfolio servicing operations and contribute to optimizing client portfolio performance.
The Pricing Policy Analyst will analyze life insurance products, determine premium and loan payment strategies, and apply data‑driven insights to enhance client ROI. The role reports to the Director of Policy & Portfolio Analysis and collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities- Analyze life insurance products to determine optimal premium and loan payment strategies.
- Support policy and portfolio valuation through model‑driven pricing analysis.
- Leverage actuarial and financial models to forecast cash flows and enhance portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine analytical tools, pricing models, and reporting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement through data validation, performance monitoring, and process enhancements.
- Contribute to team initiatives, projects, and training to support departmental development.
- Communicate complex policy features, financial implications, and pricing strategies clearly to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial, actuarial, or analytical role.
- Experience with life insurance or policy valuation preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data models and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
