Essential Job Functions- Build and Maintain a Robust Client Base
- Evaluate Investment Opportunities and Client Needs, Recommending Tailored Strategies
- Market and Promote Suitable Investment Products Create and Present Compelling Presentations to Clients and Prospects
- Participate in Meetings and Ongoing Education Sessions
- Adhere to All Industry Rules and Regulations
- Other Responsibilities as Assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Highly Motivated Individual
- Ability to Perform Effectively Under Pressure with Multiple Priorities and Deadlines
- Demonstrated Leadership Qualities and Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Strong Work Ethic Required
- Must Obtain Necessary Licenses

- Eligibility Requirements May Vary
Required Licenses: FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 66, State Life, Accident & Health, Variable Contracts, State Property & Casualty. Hantz Group will sponsor and cover costs for all required licensing on a loan basis.
