Work Schedule:

The Opportunity The Senior Analyst - CFO Group Business Line Risk Governance will be responsible for supporting best in class governance and reporting routines. Key responsibilities will include supporting governance routines for automation efforts, including AI Governance use cases across the CFO Group, preparation of the CFO Material Risks Scorecard, the BL Risk Dashboard, and tracking for our Significant Initiatives program.
Additionally, the Senior Analyst will play a supporting role in the CFO Risk Council.

* Provide guidance for Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance requirements for AI use cases, including Impact Assessment and Risk Analysis, Approvals, and Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting.
* Act as a key point of contact for the Quarterly CFO Risk Council, including coordination with presenters and development of materials.
* Support the preparation of the quarterly Material Risks Scorecard and distribute to senior leadership.
* Preparation of the Monthly BL Risk Dashboard including risk escalation when appropriate.
* Integrate risk management activities by supporting programmatic oversight for Enterprise Financial Change Management and CFO Significant Initiatives in support of Enterprise New Products and Programs.
* Coordinate with key business partners within the Independent Risk Management function to understand new and changing risk management requirements, across the material risk taxonomy.
* Represent the CFO Group Business Line Risk team at key risk forums.### The Skills You Bring
** Minimum Qualifications
*** 3+ years of relevant experience
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Highly preferred:
Experience implementing new risk management and governance routines
* Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI
* Strong interest in supporting Automation efforts including the governance of AI use cases.
* Organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
* Experience with managing multiple projects and priorities
* Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships
* Ability to leverage resources from across the organization
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation skills to multiple levels of management and associates
