• Support equity and debt fundraising initiatives from preparation through execution
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, advisors, and strategic partners
• Create executive-level presentations, board materials, investment cases, and strategic analyses
• Develop sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support key decisions
• Leading diligence efforts and coordinating complex cross-functional work streams
• Create executive-level presentations, board materials, investment cases, and strategic analyses
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry benchmarking
• Partner with senior leaders across finance, operations, engineering, legal, and supply chain functions
• Establish scalable processes and reporting frameworks to support continued growth

Who you are:

7–10 years of experience in:

• Investment Banking / Corporate Development / Investor Relations

Deep expertise in:

• Financial modeling / Valuation analysis / Capital raising / Strategic transactions / Executive communications

Industry experience within:

• Automotive manufacturing / Industrial manufacturing

A track record of:

• Managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Operating successfully in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
