Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A Team! This role supports financial planning and analysis projects and initiatives for the enterprise, including budget, forecast, and ad-hoc reporting to leadership.
Responsibilities- Analyzes highly complex financial and operational information to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable recommendations. Prioritizes quality and understands the unique intricacies of a complex global organizational structure.
- Plays an active and central role in the annual enterprise budgeting process and the monthly forecasting cycle. Develops detailed reports and financial models to assess performance, inform strategic planning, and determine the return on investments and initiatives.
- Supports management through in-depth analysis and assessment of enterprise processes. Serves as a key liaison between operating units and corporate groups to deliver enterprise-wide insights and contributes as a subject matter expert on cross‑functional projects.
- Prepares and presents recommendations to Executive Leadership, including ad‑hoc reporting and analysis.
- Mentors junior financial analysts on industry best practices in analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
- AEC experience preferred.
- Experience partnering across multiple levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to collaborate with global teams (Europe, Middle East, Asia, etc.).
- Strong PowerBI experience, integration and enhancement experience preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- Ability to understand financial statements and materials.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision are required.
- Must be highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think creatively, highly‑driven, and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work cross‑culturally and understand international business operations.

Pay RangeUSD $90,230.00 – USD $
