The Wealth Advisor is a full-time, hybrig in-person abd remote role based in Ann Arbor, Brighton, and Livonia, MI. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management services to clients, including financial planning, retirement planning, and investment guidance aligned with individual goals and risk tolerance. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, gathering and analyzing financial data, developing tailored strategies, and presenting recommendations in a clear and accessible manner.
The Wealth Advisor will monitor portfolios, adjust plans as circumstances change, and proactively communicate with clients to maintain trust and long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal partners, staying current on market trends and regulations, and supporting business development efforts through client referrals and community engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to create holistic, long-term strategies.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Investments and Finance to analyze and construct portfolios, and manage risk effectively.
- Candidates should possess experience in Wealth Management Services to deliver integrated advice across assets, liabilities, and estate considerations.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional designations (e.g., CFP®, CFA®) are preferred.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, ethical judgment, and the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and financial planning software; prior experience in an advisory or planning role is a plus.
