Everhome is seeking a compassionate and experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our home health team serving the Ann Arbor area
. This is a salaried, full-time role designed to offer consistency, flexibility, and a sustainable work-life balance, without weekend or holiday requirements.

• Full-time, salaried position
• Flexible weekday scheduling
• No weekends or holidays
• Consistent caseload with realistic expectations
• One-on-one, patient-centered care
• Coverage area primarily Ann Arbor area
• Electronic documentation via Well Sky (formerly Kinnser)
• Supportive, clinician-focused leadership

• Complete evaluations, Start of Care visits, follow-ups, and discharges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence
• Collaborate with the care team and physicians
• Complete timely, accurate documentation

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license
• At least 1 year of home health experience preferred
• Strong time management, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation within the assigned service area
