Naturally You Aesthetics is seeking a medically focused Clinical Massage Therapist (LMT) with strong therapeutic skills and a passion for functional outcomes. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working in a professional, collaborative setting and prioritizes reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting whole-body wellness.

• Provide customized, clinical therapeutic massage, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage.
• Collaborate with the provider team to support integrated treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and track progress.
• Educate clients on therapeutic goals and self‑care recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, hygiene, ethics, and patient confidentiality.

• Current and valid Michigan Massage Therapist License.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or therapeutic massage experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soft‑tissue techniques used for pain management and functional improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and the clinical team.
