Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides therapy in the home, school, and community for children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Our program is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Full‑Time
Salary: $10.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Work 1:1 with children ages 2‑10 in a highly individualized and supportive environment.
• Support skill development in conversation, fine/gross motor, self‑help, and pre‑academic areas.
• Integrate the child’s family into therapy sessions.
• Collect data and make data‑based decisions.
• Learn and apply ABA strategies to teach children with developmental delays.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with a team of therapists.
• Travel to each client’s home within the greater Detroit/Ann Arbor area.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the greater Detroit/Ann Arbor area.
• Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in psychology, education, child development, or related field.
• Experience working with young children or individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and move easily from a seated position.
