• Float between Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Trinity Health Oakland, and Trinity Health Livonia.
• Maintain competency in essential nursing protocols.
• Provide independent care within scope of practice.
• Manage delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement practices.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Current RN License to practice in the State of Michigan
• Current American Heart Association BLS
• Current American Heart Association ACLS
• NRP Certification
• EFM Certification
• NIHSS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of current experience in L&D
