Trinity Health First Choice is seeking a per diem / prn registered nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Trinity Health Ann Arbor.

Employment Details: Float between 3 of the 5 Trinity Health hospitals in Southeast Michigan. Night shifts only. Work 3 shifts every 6 weeks, no weekends or holidays.

An experienced registered nurse looking for premium compensation and maximum flexibility. First Choice RN assignments are short‑ and long‑term across the health system, offering nationwide and regional opportunities.

• Float throughout the hospital or across multiple locations/regions.
• Follow professional practice standards:

• Act independently within license, scope, and experience.
• Hold accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement.

• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• 18 months of recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
• 2 years of recent clinical experience in Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, PALS from American Heart Association.
