Required Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or executive leadership support Experience working with senior medical leadership in a healthcare organization Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational change Bachelor's degree required;
Master's in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
