Patient Account Associate - NC

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate for HBC Transplant, working remotely and requiring residency in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities Record and generate information related to the patient revenue process to ensure compliance with established standards Develop relationships with customers to gather information and resolve issues for accurate reimbursement Perform clerical duties, including operating office equipment, generating letters, and managing data entry

Required Qualifications High school education with some postsecondary education preferred Two years of experience in hospital access, physician office, or billing and collections, or equivalent education/experience No specific degrees, licensure, or certifications required
