Patient Support Supervisor

A company is looking for a Patient Support Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates to ensure medication adherence through refill management or prior authorization and financial assistance support Proactively manage support in assigned hospitals and/or clinics to ensure timely medication delivery to patients Lead and manage a Patient Support team to meet service level goals and provide high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications , Training, and

Education:

Experience in front-line employee management Background in pharmacy or healthcare Strong management skills and ability to motivate a team Results-oriented with a focus on performance accountability Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
