Job Description
Step into a contract opportunity serving K-12 students for the school year in the Rochester, MI area. This full-time role calls for professionals skilled as School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Preferred candidates will already hold a Michigan SLP license, but those able to obtain licensure in time for the new school year will also be considered. Your dedication and expertise will support a diverse caseload spanning elementary to high school levels.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or pending Michigan SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the school year)
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school-based setting is advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to fostering student growth and advocating for inclusive education
- Openness to candidates at the CFY level
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
