Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, focusing on immunological disorders.
ObjectivesServe as a scientific and clinical expert, foster relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders, and support medical and scientific exchange in the territory covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory engagement plan
- facilitate objective, evidence-based scientific discussions
- identify educational gaps and unmet needs
- support investigator-initiated studies
- stay current on scientific trends
- and collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and clinical operations
- Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
- at least 2 years of relevant experience as an MSL
- strong therapeutic expertise in immunology/rheumatology
- and experience supporting healthcare providers
Travel up to 70% within the assigned territory.
Preferred- Residency or fellowship
- familiarity with AI tools
- located in major metro areas such as Minneapolis or Ann Arbor
