Position: Public Space Attendant- The Vanguard Hotel, Ann Arbor, MI
Greenwood Hospitality Group -  - Responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and meeting rooms to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness standards;
Monitor and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and informational materials in public restrooms and common areas;
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to the appropriate departments promptly to ensure swift resolution;
Assist guests by providing directions or information about hotel amenities and services when needed, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor;
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate efforts that enhance the overall guest experience and maintain operational efficiency
