Location

Onsite role in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Maintaining clean, accurate data in the applicant tracking system will be essential to keeping the recruiting process organized and visible.
  • A strong candidate experience will be a major focus, ensuring candidates stay informed, engaged, and supported throughout the process.
The Background That Fits
  • 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • Experience managing recruiting processes from intake through offer, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer support.
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring leaders, provide market insight, and maintain professionalism in an ambiguous or fast‑moving setting.
  • Workday or similar ATS experience is helpful, with transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or related industry experience considered a plus.
