- Lead or contribute to a significant HR project aligned with KLA's strategic priorities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop recommendations
- Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and organizational effectiveness topics
- Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees through interviews, focus groups, or surveys
- Develop and deliver presentations communicating findings, insights, and recommendations to HR and business leaders
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to support project objectives and organizational priorities
- Contribute to initiatives involving talent, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, workforce planning, and data analytics
- Present recommendations and insights to stakeholders
- Requires less than 1 year of related experience
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Authorized to work in the country where the internship is located and able to complete the internship for the designated program duration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across functions and regions
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning
- Customer-focused mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to apply academic concepts and frameworks to real-world business challenges
