Senior Benefits Manager

NSF is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Benefits, to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of NSF's global benefits programs. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver market-competitive programs that support our employees while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial sustainability.

Experience designing, administering, and improving benefits programs across multiple countries

Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements

Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and broker relationships

Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation or equivalent certification

Experience with executive benefits programs and deferred compensation plans

Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions

Knowledge of global mobility and expatriate program administration

Experience working within a complex, matrixed global organization

Strategy & Design Lead the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs across multiple countries and regions that are aligned with organizational goals and Total Rewards philosophy

Evaluate and enhance benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness, employee value, and alignment with organizational goals

Ensure programs remain competitive through ongoing benchmarking and market analysis Partner with regional HR leaders to address country-specific requirements and employee needs
