Role Summary

Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, the Total Rewards Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources team. The analyst is responsible for day-to-day functions in the areas of payroll, benefits, compensation, analytics, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The analyst will complete complex tasks, project planning and coordination with internal and external business partners. This is a hands‑on position, ideal for someone who is self‑directed, a strong collaborator, critical problem solver, and who enjoys working on a wide breadth of responsibilities.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Total Rewards Analyst position will comprise a variation of some or all, and are not limited to, the following:

  • Support key Total Rewards functions across payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS, analytics and reporting
  • Assist with multi‑state payroll processing using a third‑party payroll system
  • Provide day‑to‑day benefits support, including inquiries, changes, open enrollment, wellness, retirement, and leave programs (FMLA, STD and LTD)
  • Maintain HR systems and data integrity; serve as an HRIS super user
  • Support the planning and administration of compensation policies, pay structures, and related procedures
  • Maintain job architecture and ensure the integrity of compensation systems
  • Administer monthly commission and quarterly bonus cycles across multiple plans and roles
  • Audit time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies with managers
  • Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve processes
  • Provide ad hoc compensation, financial, and operational reports using HRIS and other data sources
  • Contribute to HR‑related projects through data analysis, reporting and process documentation
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What you’ll need
  • Work Experience:

    1 year experience in payroll, benefits, compensation, analytics, or HRIS role; strong knowledge of federal and state pay regulations
  • Education:

    High School diploma or GED
  • Analytics/Computer

    Skills:

    Prior experience working with HRIS systems; intermediate Excel skills (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Organization

    Skills:

    Excellent organizational ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
  • Cross-functional skills:
    Ability to work well cross‑functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
