HANA Advisory Architect – Work & Asset Management. Hybrid position with 3 days onsite per week in Michigan. Senior-level SAP S/4

HANA advisory architect with proven expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Work Management to guide a client through an ECC to S/4

HANA transformation journey. Focused on executive advisory and solution leadership with hands-on S/4

WAM experience, providing trusted guidance on strategy, best practices, and architectural decision-making.

This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite per week at the Michigan office.

• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and program stakeholders during the transition to S/4
  
  HANA under RISE with SAP.
• Provide expert guidance on S/4 Work and Asset Management capabilities, evaluating pros and cons of solution options to ensure the right business and technology decisions.
• Champion the adoption of a Clean Core technology approach, balancing innovation with system stability and long-term maintainability.
• Partner with the client’s service implementor to oversee design and integration while maintaining alignment with business priorities.
• Facilitate decision-making and roadmap discussions at the executive level, ensuring the program delivers measurable value.
• Bring thought leadership and industry perspective to support transformation within asset-intensive industries (Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing).

• Extensive experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA, specifically in Work and Asset Management.
• Strong track record in ECC to S/4
  
  HANA transitions and S/4
  
  HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience with RISE with SAP transformations and a deep understanding of Clean Core principles.
• Familiarity with VDP (Value Delivery Programs / Vendor-Delivered Packages).
• Ability to engage with executive leadership, translating complex solution options into clear business value.
• Strong communication and advisory skills to influence high-level decision-making.
• Utility Industry experience
