Job SummaryThe
D. Dan and Betty Kahn Health Care Pavilion is a 12-story hospital that will house 264 private rooms capable of converting to intensive care; a state-of-the-art neurosciences center; and high-level, specialty care services for cardiovascular and thoracic patients, along with advanced imaging. The 690,000-square-foot hospital which also features 20 surgical and three interventional radiology suites is being constructed adjacent to the Frankel Cardiovascular Center, with plans for bridge and tunnel connections to existing inpatient care facilities.

At Michigan Medicine, our Business Systems Analysts enable our customers strategic use of information systems and technology to drive Supply Chain operational excellence and performance in support of the clinical environment. You will support activities to maintain the current environment and activities to leverage our investment in enterprise tools and mobile technology.
You will provide production support for all technologies related to supply chain functions, as well as collaborate with operational teams and customers to formulate system objectives and projects to implement new functionality. - Assist in routing incoming requests to the appropriate team member.
- Oversee device inventories and deployment of new critical devices.
- Serve as a point of contact for IT-related vendor services and ensure appropriate access to systems is regularly audited and maintained.
- Assist with enrolling new users for Supply Chain related mobile applications, troubleshoot technical issues, while optimizing enterprise systems.
- Update clients on current issues for additional information.
- Escalate and partner on the resolution of network and system-related technical issues and request to tier three infrastructure and ERP application teams.
