RealREPP is partnering with a growing, mid-sized distribution organization seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to own and advance its enterprise reporting and analytics environment.
This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to transform data into meaningful business insights.
This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote).
The Business Intelligence Analyst will lead the development and management of reporting and analytics platforms across the organization. This individual will partner with business leaders to gather requirements, build scalable data models and integrations, and deliver dashboards and reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
This is a full-lifecycle BI role from backend data architecture to executive-facing dashboards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and enhance enterprise reporting and business intelligence platforms
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data sources, data models, and data warehouse structures
- Build and manage ETL and API-based data integrations
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and enterprise reporting tools
- Support leadership in developing KPIs and management reporting frameworks
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and quality across reporting solutions
- Document systems, processes, and integrations
- Continuously evaluate and improve BI capabilities
- 6+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years in business intelligence development
- Strong Power BI experience (data modeling, dataflows, Power Query, dashboards, service & desktop)
- Strong MS SQL experience (views, stored procedures, scheduled jobs, scripting)
- Experience developing data models and data warehouses
- Experience building ETL processes and API integrations
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and integration
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems
- Experience in distribution, supply chain, or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience with SSIS, Analysis Services, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Experience participating in process improvement initiatives
