We’re hiring a Business Observability Advisor to connect business strategy with technical observability using Dynatrace. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to define KPIs, translate outcomes into measurable signals, and deliver dashboards and alerting that drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Map business processes and define measurable success metrics
- Design and implement Dynatrace solutions (business events, dashboards, alerting, SLOs, tagging)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Analyze trends and optimize visibility across customer journeys and business processes
- Strong experience in KPI definition and business process mapping
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
