Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ERP Oracle IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide Oracle ERP initiatives supporting a fast-paced aviation fuel organization. This role will drive digital transformation across finance, supply chain, logistics, and fuel operations while ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational demands specific to the aviation energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Partner with stakeholders across fuel operations, supply chain, and finance
- Oversee system integrations with inventory, logistics, and financial systems
- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Manage risks, issues, and escalation paths
- Coordinate IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with aviation and fuel regulations
- Lead change management, training, and adoption
- Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards
- Manage vendors and third-party deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of IT project management experience
- 3+ years leading Oracle ERP implementations
- Experience delivering full‑lifecycle ERP projects
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules
- Experience managing enterprise‑level projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC and PMO frameworks
- Experience in energy, aviation fuel, or logistics industries
- PMP, Scrum, or related certifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion
- Experience with Power BI or reporting tools
- Knowledge of fuel operations and compliance requirements
- Leadership and strategic execution
- Risk management and problem-solving
- Stakeholder and vendor management
- Strong communication and decision‑making skills
