Project Manager, Trade Compliance Data

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager to join our Global Trade Compliance team. This role leads complex projects while serving as the primary analyst for project performance data, translating raw data into actionable insights and driving efficiency through automation.

• Planning & Execution:
  Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones for cross‑functional teams.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Serve as the central point of contact, facilitating meetings and providing regular status updates.
• Budgeting:
  Track project budgets and financial reports, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Dashboard Development:
  Create, maintain, and update interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) visualizing performance, budget variances, and key metrics.
• Workflow Optimization:
  Identify inefficiencies in existing processes, audit workflows to reduce manual reporting, and explore AI opportunities for efficiency.
• Data Integrity:
  Ensure accurate collection, cleaning, and reporting of data from multiple sources.

• 2–5 years of combined experience in project management and data analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and validating datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, MS Project, or
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Experience with workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills, translating ambiguity into structured analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate metrics into executive summaries.
• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master are a plus.

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years;
Master’s Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years;
Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years.

Base Pay Range: $ – $ Annually. Primary
