Evaluate existing architectures to identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for consolidation or modernization. Design extensible, future‑ready solutions that support enterprise growth, high data volumes, and complex business processes.

Architect and optimize integrations between Salesforce and enterprise data platforms (data lakes, data warehouses, MDM systems, ERP, and external services).

Optimize system performance through refined data models, indexing strategies, asynchronous processing, and optimized automation. Design for high availability, fault tolerance, and secure access across enterprise environments.

Partner with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into optimized technical solutions. Salesforce & Enterprise Data Optimization Architect, design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core platforms to support complex, multi‑program customer communications and evolving product experiences to support CRM initiatives. Collaborate with enterprise architecture and engineering teams to define future‑ready, reusable solution patterns, including migration strategies, that scale across launches and business units.

Provide strategic and architectural leadership to drive Salesforce optimization roadmaps and complex digital solutions aligned with business objectives. Identify and champion optimization opportunities, continuously improving platform performance, processes, and delivery efficiency. Translate complex business requirements into clear, structured user stories and architectural guidance, ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities, enterprise standards, and backlog prioritization.
