Inviting Applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Service Now

In this role, you will provide technical leadership to the team & work closely with client enterprise architecture team and client Service Now Teams.

• Extensive experience in Service Now technology
• Extensive experience with Service Now platform, specifically with FSO and CSM involving Financial Service Data Model for Banking / Insurance
• Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of Service Now.
• Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
• Experience of Service Now solution Implementation (configuration and customization) experience
• Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of FSO solutions involving Financial Data Model, Dispute management, Customer life cycle management, Treasury Operation, Payment operations, Card operations, Loan operation, Claims processing.
• Experience of working in Service Now FSO Projects and with experience on Requirements Gathering, Agile/Sprint Planning, Demos.
• Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on enterprise architecture, Financial Service Operation (FSO)
• Strong understanding of Enterprise architecture processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
• Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration of Financial Service Operation
• Experience and expert understanding of key Service Now modules and concepts like CSDM, CMDB, Data Models, etc.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.li>
  
  Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks

• Experience in Service Now IRM implementation
• Experience in working in IRM domain out of which some experience in the role of IRM Architect
• Experience in Service Now IRM design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of Service Now IRM model, plugins, and accelerators.
• Should have worked extensively on Service Now Integrations with other external systems
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, Angular
  
  JS.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
• Understanding of various regulations like GDPR, ISO etc. (Good to have)
