Job Overview
The Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant delivers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Oracle Fusion’s seamless Financial, Human Capital, and Supply Chain Enterprise Fusion Suite.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients including implementation support, process design, and project reviews.
- Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities such as Inventory, Purchasing, Requisition ing, Vendor and Contract Management, and Strategic Sourcing.
- Interact with Accounts Payable and Finance.
- Develop and execute unit and system test plans.
- Drive cross‑team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring.
- Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions.
- Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention, and integration.
- Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities, working with the appropriate resource from other service lines.
- 7+ years of ERP Finance and SCM implementation experience.
- Minimum two full lifecycle implementations with Oracle Fusion Finance or SCM.
- Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Finance and SCM.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities for project team and client management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.
- Experience and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices.
- Proficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable.
- Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one‑to‑one settings and for group presentations.
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and ability to multi‑task in a progressive and fast‑paced environment.
Compensation ranges from $125,767 to $205,000, with potential eligibility for annual bonus and other benefits based on position and employment terms.
