Overview
This role provides the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of marketing data scientists driving measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will partner closely with marketing and growth leaders to define a rigorous analytical agenda, ensuring data and experimentation guide all key decisions. The position combines hands-on analytics, strategic influence, and leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will mentor your team, optimize complex data pipelines and predictive models, and help shape a culture of analytical excellence and accountability.

- Lead the analytical vision for growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, and retention, defining metrics, methodologies, and experimentation frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Mar Tech, and Applied Scientists, to drive corporate reporting, forecasting, and planning
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to develop and enhance marketing analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines and predictive models
- Influence senior executive decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and inspire a team of high-performing marketing data scientists
- Work closely with other data science leaders to continually evolve the analytics culture in a dynamic growth environment
- 7+ years of analytics experience with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Proven track record of driving business impact through analytics in growth, performance, or ROI-focused marketing programs
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with hands-on experience in data modeling, experimentation, lift tests, and attribution
- Experience managing and prioritizing high-impact work while coaching and empowering a team of analysts
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools, predictive modeling, and large-scale data pipelines
- Competitive salary based on location: $200,900 — $305,800 USD, with variations for specific metro areas
