We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sr Application Programmer to join our IT Security development team. This role focuses on the architecture, development, maintenance, and configuration of our Cyber Security applications, emphasizing data modeling and Groovy to support Windstream’s Cyber Security management systems. You will collaborate closely with fellow developers, Cyber Security team members, and other IT teams to ensure our applications meet business requirements.

• Research: Participate in researching and identifying new and emerging technologies to enhance Windstream’s cybersecurity processes.

• Education: College degree or current enrollment in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Software Development: Experience with software design and development in a test‑driven environment.
• Agile: Familiarity with agile practices and management tools such as Azure Dev Ops and build/deployment YAML pipelines.
