Marketing Performance Analytics, Contractor
Duration: 3 months+
Location:
Remote
Compensation: $45/Hour
Job Overview/SummaryWe are looking for a contractor to support Performance Analytics with hands‑on execution across marketing measurement, reporting, and optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience working with clean room environments such as Amazon Marketing Cloud, and the ability to partner effectively with internal teams and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities- Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting across paid media, CRM, and web
- Support end of quarter reporting, including data pulls, quality checks, and synthesis of performance insights for business partners
- Build and maintain dashboards, data pulls, and automated workflows
- Design, execute, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests
- Use Amazon Marketing Cloud and other clean room environments to run queries, audience analyses, and incrementality measurement
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to support measurement plans, KPI tracking, and optimization recommendations
- Conduct data quality checks, tagging validation, and troubleshooting across platforms
- Translate performance insights into clear and actionable recommendations
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or MS preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a similar data‑driven role
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and agency partners
- Ability to code in Python and SQL for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
- Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud or similar clean room environments
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and measurement technologies
- Experience working with large datasets, APIs, and automated workflow
- Strong communicator able to simplify and present insights to nontechnical audiences
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating with agencies, media teams, or cross‑functional partners
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
