Looking for a technical individual to handle our daily support queue and contribute documentation for our website.
This is a flexible-work-hours remote role. As long as you do goodwork and clear the US-business hours support queue, we don’tcare where or when you work.
We communicate mostly asynchronously over slack, so we have a fun virtual culture, without the draining in-office water cooler chats.
No daily standups, 1:1’s every other week, we hire good trustworthy teammates and let them do their thing without micromanagement.
Responsibilities- Handle daily customer support queue by diagnosing common issues around email forwarding
- Check AI bot answers and update AI training data to improve ourfront-line AI bot
- Create new and improve existing technical documentation
- Write blog posts promoting the product
- Reply to customer reviews, manage social media presence
- Suggest areas of improvement to the customer experience
- Experience with DNS/Email Troubleshooting
- 2+ years of experience in another technical support role
- Comfortable with modern SaaS tools (slack, linear, notion,intercom, etc. or equivalents)
- Ability to solve problems without needing extensive hand holding
