What You’ll Do- Serve as a key resource supporting and optimizing the company’s ERP environment with a focus on Eclipse
- Partner directly with business users to understand challenges, gather requirements, and translate needs into practical system solutions
- Establish and document detailed business and process requirements
- Map, design, and tailor business workflows and solutions to improve operational effectiveness
- Deliver ERP and reporting support while helping users maximize system capabilities
- Troubleshoot application, process, and user issues across departments
- Provide onsite and help desk support to end users
- Create and maintain reporting and business insights to support decision-making
- Support users across Microsoft Office and Office 365 environments
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 2+ years of hands-on Eclipse ERP experience (required)
- Experience with Eterm and Solar
- Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities
- Experience gathering business requirements and improving business processes
- Background supporting end users in a help desk or systems support capacity
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- ERP implementation, optimization, or enhancement experience
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
- Experience creating documentation, SOPs, or training materials
- Additional ERP systems exposure

- Salary Budget: $100,000-$120,000 annually
- Onsite presence required, multiple locations to work out of (locations in AL, DE, GA, IN, MI, NJ, OH, PA, TN)
