Sr Data Services Developer

Our client, within product engineering space is seeking a Senior Data Services Developer to join their team. As a Senior Data Services Developer.

The Senior Data Services Developer designs, builds, and supports enterprise data services that power analytics and data-driven decision making. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions within the Enterprise Data Store, while ensuring data quality, system stability, and performance.

The position partners closely with developers, IT leaders, business analysts, and subject matter experts throughout the full software development lifecycle. The developer provides on-call/off-hours support as needed, troubleshoots production issues, identifies root causes, and implements preventative solutions. While this role may mentor or onboard junior resources, it has no direct reports.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor enterprise data solutions
• Support ETL, reporting, modeling, data warehouse, and data lake initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and data-related issues
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in deployments and improve code migration processes
• Contribute to enterprise data architecture, standards, and technology roadmaps
• Maintain system stability, including on-call support
• Support SDLC tools, processes, and large-scale initiatives
