Job Overview
The right candidate should have experience working in an IT Support role (helpdesk and/or desktop support) and possess sufficient hardware/software knowledge to work over the phone, guiding in-store contacts through remote conversion to the new network and conducting test orders to validate successful conversion. The role follows a detailed, documented process with prewritten scripts/automation; attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
This team works Monday-Friday from 12:30 PM to 11:30 AM, with an hour unpaid lunch. Start times may shift to 1:30 PM or 2:30 PM after training, depending on demand. Each employee is expected to convert three stores per night, with conversions estimated to take three hours.

Pay$20.00 – $20.00 per hour.
