Ann Arbor Public Schools seeks an IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to district faculty, staff and students for computers, tablets, software, hardware and network systems.
You will train building personnel, monitor technology status, manage the help desk queue, install upgrades and assist with classroom technology during events, with a strong focus on customer service and reliable problem solving.
