Team Lead - Governance and Compliance

About the Company

We're seeking to connect an IT Supervisor – Governance & Compliance with a leading global manufacturing organization on a full-time basis. This hybrid opportunity is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with three onsite days each week. In this role, you'll join a collaborative IT organization focused on strengthening governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

• Lead enterprise IT governance programs and compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance processes.
• Partner with cybersecurity, audit, and business teams to identify and mitigate technology risks.
• Oversee regulatory compliance efforts, audits, and remediation activities.
• Measure and report governance performance through dashboards and executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT controls, compliance processes, and organizational maturity.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT governance, compliance, or IT risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, SOX, GDPR, and related governance frameworks.
• Experience with IT audits, control frameworks, and GRC platforms such as Service Now GRC, RSA Archer, Fresh Service, or One Trust.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or ITIL are highly preferred.

• Salary: $135,000–$142,000 annually
