McDonald’s is seeking a Restaurant Technology Manager (OTP Pro) to support in-restaurant technology and ensure equipment operates at peak levels for customers and crew.
The OTP Pro will deploy and repair restaurant hardware, software, and network tech, conduct OS upgrades, and lead an organization of OTPs with training resources as new initiatives roll out. Evening and early-morning work, travel to local restaurants, and on-call shifts may be required.
