Presence, a leading digital marketing and web development agency, is seeking a Healthcare & Medical Services Specialist to support our healthcare clients in Michigan (remote). In this role, you will help healthcare organizations enhance their digital presence, improve patient engagement, and optimize online experiences. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to shape data-informed digital solutions, ensure regulatory and industry alignment, and translate clinical or operational needs into effective online journeys.
Ideal candidates combine healthcare knowledge with strong communication, analytical thinking, and a passion for measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Support healthcare and medical services clients in adopting and optimizing Presence communication and workflow software.
- Configure and tailor the platform to align with clinical workflows, including telehealth, care coordination, documentation, and secure messaging.
- Onboard and train physicians, nurses, and care teams on effective, compliant use of the software.
- Serve as a clinical and technical point of contact to troubleshoot issues and resolve user questions remotely.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate clinical needs and user feedback into product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and best-practice workflows for healthcare settings.
- Monitor usage patterns and key performance indicators to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure all work follows applicable privacy, security, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
