About the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist:The Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist was formed in 1997 by four religious Sisters for the salvation of souls, the building up of the Church throughout the world, and the witness of religious life. Through God’s providence, the community has experienced tremendous growth in both numbers and apostolic works. More than 90 Sisters currently serve as Catholic school teachers and administrators in 17 missions across the country and in Rome.
Broadening the scope and extending the reach of the apostolate globally, the Sisters are involved in the development of a growing array of professionally developed print and digital resources, with a key focus on virtue education and Catholic social emotional learning.
The Director of Data and Analytics foundational role in the newly-established Office of Evangelization and Mission (OEM). The OEM exists to serves as relational infrastructure across all of the initiatives of the Dominican Sisters. OEM connects the lived religious life of the Dominican Sisters with the world they are called to serve. The various missions and initiatives across the community, the particular call to evangelization in our culture today, along with the layers of relationships the Sisters have developed among friends, stakeholders, and mission partners, have called forth a new structure to support sustainability and organizational strength.
Critical to this new structure is a team member tasked with surfacing the data about our mission and where future opportunities may be.
The Director of Data and Analytics reports to the Executive Director of the OEM and works collaboratively with the Director of Communications and the Director of Apostolic Initiatives by providing evidence-based recommendations. The Director of Data and Analytics also leads and organizes the data team. The Director of Data and Analytics serves with an adaptive, flexible, self-starter mindset, and co-creates the data and analytics strategy and roadmap with with evidence-based recommendations.
KeyRole Functions and Responsibilities Includes but is not limited to:
- Data Infrastructure and Integration:
Conduct an audit of existing data systems across OEM initiatives and identify gaps, redundancies, and disconnects; establish a unified data framework that connects mission impact, donor data, digital analytics, event data, social media, and email performance into a coherent view; build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into organizational performance. - Reporting and Analytics:
Own the quarterly reporting cycle by producing structured reports that surface trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities across OEM initiatives; work with all director levels to set signs of growth and quarterly targets to track against (targets vs. actuals); track and report on priority metrics including mission impact, donor retention and giving trends, social reach and engagement, email open and click rates, event attendance, and overall evangelization effort;
translate raw data into plain language insights that non-technical leadership can respond to; maintain historical data integrity so that trend analysis is reliable over time. - Data Storytelling and Recommendations:
Present quarterly findings to OEM Executive Director with clear, evidence-based recommendations;
