The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services.

Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Preferred Qualifications

The Supply Chain inventory Analyst plays a critical role in driving supply chain performance across planning, execution, and strategic initiatives. This role operates across multiple areas of the supply chain—including inventory management, supply planning, product lifecycle transitions, and process improvement—depending on business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence cross‑functional stakeholders to drive outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑paced, and evolving environments
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of loosely defined problems and drive them to resolution

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly to leadership
  • Adjusts quickly to changing business priorities and effectively manages multiple competing demands

  • Makes routine operational decisions within established guidelines and processes
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of inventory management principles and their impact on business performance

  • Proactively identifies and escalates supply chain risks, constraints, and potential disruptions
  • Clearly communicates issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drives operational efficiencies
  • Takes ownership of assigned work streams and ensures timely execution of deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large datasets (Excel required; Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience;
    Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years; or equivalent work experience

Base Pay Range: $77,800.00 - $ Annually
