Our client, a leading service provider in the Ann Arbor area, is seeking a Dispatcher to join their team. As a Dispatcher, you will be part of the Office department supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18.00/hr WEEKLY PAY

Shift: Monday-Friday; 2:00pm-9:00pm

What's the Job?

• Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles for various operational needs
• Answer phone calls and process paperwork from completed calls
• Contact customers after calls to conduct satisfaction surveys
• Use radio, telephone, or computer systems to transmit assignments
• Compile statistics and reports on work progress

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• High School diploma or GED
• MUST be able to work the provided schedule.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, and electronic scheduling tools
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
