• Must be able to multi‑task and work politely with customers
• Experience working with multiple tools
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Timely completion of assigned projects
• Handling everything from minor repairs (particularly bathroom & kitchen equipment), general maintenance, and full construction/renovations
• Keep the onsite Project Manager informed of any issues or occurrences and seek guidance and support while performing duties under minimal supervision

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to travel to job site in own vehicle or carpooling with Project Manager
• Traveling a distance is possible, requiring overnight stays

Knowledge in the following: basic mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
