We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a key role in turning concepts into finished projects. What You’ll DoYou’ll manage projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and smooth communication every step of the way.
Project Leadership- Oversee the full project lifecycle — initiation through closeout
- Develop and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor progress and proactively address risks or roadblocks
- Provide regular updates to customers and contractors
- Collaborate with customers, architects, general contractors, and field teams
- Attend meetings (in person or virtual) to discuss changes or problem-solve
- Maintain clear communication across all parties
- Assist with estimating bids (identify size, type, and quantity of frames and glass)
- Verify final field measurements (foremen complete measurements)
- Create, review, and process shop drawings and cut sheets
- Order materials and coordinate fabrication scheduling
- Ensure paperwork flows smoothly and projects stay on schedule
- Participate in training and product education
- Help improve internal systems and team efficiency
- Contribute ideas that keep us competitive and innovative
- 5+ years of relevant experience (project management or construction preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (helpful but not required)
- Team-oriented professional who understands that success is a group effort
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Values collaboration and understands the importance of cross-functional teamwork
- Clear communicator who can give and receive constructive feedback
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset in a busy environment
- Experience with Builder Trend, Glazier Studio, or AutoCAD (a plus)
