Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Manager in Training (MIT) for our Ann Arbor store at 1229 South University Ave. This full-time, hourly role focuses on supervising the team, onboarding new staff, and stepping in as Manager-on-Duty when the GM isn’t present.
You will lead 2-5 teammates, conduct interviews, manage ordering and scheduling, and uphold Insomnia Cookies’ standards while delivering exceptional service and upselling.
